Intelligent Solar Panel Cleaning Robots
Enhancing efficiency with cutting-edge robotic technology !
The journey began in 2022 when our founder, identified an opportunity in the South African renewable energy sector. The electricity grid was under pressure with rolling blackouts affecting both the health sector and the economy at large. Financial institutions and foreign investment provided the funds to install solar arrays to supplement the State owned energy producer.
Moreover, international studies proved that soiled solar arrays produce up to 30% less yield, therefore, by efficiently optimising their asset’s there would maximum ROI.
The uptake to maintain solar panels in South Africa grew rampant, reducing the performance-related risks thereby safeguarding the best interests of solar asset owner.
Powertech Group, parent company to (X-human Solar Africa), and small scale competing companies started to manually clean solar panels, some with suitable equipment and others not so much. But we soon realised that the business model was flawed, as unregulated manual cleaning would not meet the demands of the industry, which led to a partnership between Powertech Group and Lingdu Intelligent Technologies, to supply solar panel cleaning robotic technology to the South African Market. This would change the way medium to large scale solar arrays are cleaned.
We import robots for both our own use and sell to the solar panel cleaning sector including the utility provider by the State, better known as (ESKOM), which increased profits by speeding up the cleaning process while reducing labour costs.
Xhuman has used the engineering expertise of both Lingdu Intelligent Technologies, and parent company Powertech Group to package a world class Solar Panel Cleaning robot.
X-human Solar Africa look to supply and support their products into Africa by the second quarter of 2025.
At X-human Solar Africa, we aim to revolutionise the solar energy sector through innovative robotics. Our cutting-edge Solar Panel Cleaning Robot is designed to enhance efficiency and sustainability in South Africa and beyond.
At X-human Solar Africa, we are dedicated to revolutionising the solar energy industry through innovative robotic technology. Our Solar Panel Cleaning Robot ensures optimal performance and longevity of solar panels, contributing to a sustainable future.
